We hope WATJ members are interested in attending this amazing opportunity hosted by the Consulate General in support of Japanese language education.
The Consulate General is also seeking YOUR assistance and participation! The first portion of the evening will include short presentations in English about the current status of Japanese language education in Washington state. If you are interested in presenting, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, April 4th. We have been asked to put together a short PowerPoint presentation in English to share with attendees. We are looking for 2-3 volunteers who are interested in presenting!
I realize this is a very short timeline, and WATJ is working to support the Consulate General in finalizing all the details necessary to make this a huge success. We are very honored for the active support from Consul General Yamada-san and Yanagimoto-san, and we hope to have many WATJ teachers RSVP to attend on Wednesday, April 25th!
